Mountain Harbor Mobile Home Park
The Mountain Harbor Mobile Home Park (aka. “The Historic District”) is where it all began in 1955. This is a close-knit community on leased Corps of Engineers’ land. It is the closest area to the Lodge and the Lake. The annual rent, collected by Mountain Harbor for the Corps of Engineers, pays for water, sewer, trash pick-up and security. Make friends for life in this community!
